We loved being there. Peaceful hotel and the location close to Town center was favourable. The property was clean, had really helpful staff in terms of service. We stayed in recently refurbished room with king bed that also had wake-up service.

Good and unbeatable location down the hill, easy to get anywhere. And short walk to Queenstown's restaurants, and lots of construction vehicles blocking up streets. New-fashioned rooms with very comfy beds, good value. Magnificent views of the lake and beautiful facilities.

Everything was wonderful, approaching staff, excellent views of the Remarkables and Lake. Booked superior room, had a memorable stay in September. The bathroom was good, with a roll-in shower, a hair dryer, and shower caps. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Fear Factory Queenstown was great. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a lovely area.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the heart of Queenstown and close to the gardens. The hotel itself was attractive and comfortable, catering to families, couples, and solo travelers like myself. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and reliable, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. The breakfast buffet was well serviced and clean, and the bar had a great dinner menu and a good selection of beers on tap. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff.
